• Designed and executed the first company-owned offshore facility housing data center and a 2,000-seat BPO. With an aggressive 6-month project schedule, the $15M project was completed within budget and on schedule.
• Chaired the Frame-Relay WAN migration to MPLS for 76 branch locations, resulting in annual savings of $3M.
